CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULE

It’s okay, we understand things happen, so don’t cancel, reschedule. You have two times to rescheduled your appointment. After the second time your appointment is automatically canceled.

LATE POLICY

Running a little late, that’s okay. You have a 15 minute grace period, after will be a fee of $10. Still not there? 20 minutes after your appointment, it will be cancelled and can be rescheduled.

DEPOSITS & REFUND

At time of booking an invoice of $20 will be sent to you to secure the time your of appointment. This must completed before confirmation. Deposits are non-refundable.
